Peninsula Overview Tour (8am-6pm)
Seeing the best of Cape Town in one day is almost an impossible task. The city and surrounds have so much to offer that you would need at least a week for the highlights only. However, the LocalPlaces Cape Town Peninsula Overview Tour is a brave attempt to present the best of the Peninsula – the area immediate surrounding the Table Mountain range. This round trip involves spectacular views, astonishing places, and mesmerizing storytelling. Just enough to make you understand the greater layout and story of Cape Town, while also seeing its most famous places.
This tour includes visits to Cape Point, where we visit both the natural rock beacon as the Cape of Good Hope and the viewpoint at the Cape Point lighthouse. This National Park area is renowned for its stunning scenery. We explore both coastlines of the Peninsula with its stunning views and extraordinary natural scenery with the legendary Chapman’s Peak Road and the Boulders Beach penguin breeding site also on the itinerary.
